Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Facilities Manager to oversee assigned facilities and maintenance programs nationwide. You will manage day-to-day operations with outsourced providers, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

You will also lead project lifecycles, manage expense and capital budgets, and perform site visits to optimize equipment and systems. Strong communication and multi-tasking across a retail environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School + Equivalent Experience or Bachelor/4 Year Degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years of Management of multi unit retail operations in a franchise environment.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral with emphasis on dispute resolution.
• Ability to perform multi-tasks within competing timeliness.
• General or Strong knowledge of Project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned facilities and maintenance programs and manage outsourced providers.
• Monitor maintenance processes, KPI reviews, and budget tracking for area.
• Lead capital and expense budgets, cost analyses and vendor negotiations.
• Conduct field/site visits to evaluate service levels and plan equipment replacements.
• Represent Facilities in meetings with Operations and Franchisees and other stakeholders.
