Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of Program Coordinators and technicians.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, specialized services, and national programs.
• Monitor KPI, invoices, and compliance with maintenance contracts and regulations.
• Manage relationships with outsourced providers for equipment, property and plant.
• Allocate maintenance expenses and capital budgets within geographic area.
• Conduct field visits to audit service levels and compliance.
