Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department, ensuring sanitary, safe, and compliant operations at a healthcare center in Tyler, TX. You will oversee environmental services, preventive maintenance, and documentation while coordinating with residents and clinical staff.

The role requires supervisory experience and knowledge of maintenance and HVAC systems, with preference for long-term care exposure.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a commercial establishment.
• Knowledge of laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures.
• Experience in long-term care preferred, HVAC experience beneficial.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred but can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Environmental Services personnel and daily work to manage budgets, staffing, and interdepartmental issues.
• Executes preventive maintenance program and keeps records to ensure high functional standards.
• Maintains documentation of maintenance activities, replacement parts, and fuel supply.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs per applicable codes and regulations.
• Collaborates with residents, nurses, physicians, and staff to address environmental service requests and infection prevention.
