Qualifications

• High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Environmental Services personnel and daily work across center to control expenses and resolve personnel issues.
• Processes and maintains accounts payable, supplies, equipment maintenance, and department records.
• Implements the preventive maintenance program and records to keep the center at its highest level of physical function.
• Maintains complete documentation of maintenance activities including records of replacement parts and materials used; maintains fuel supply records.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs in compliance with regulations and building codes.
• Collaborates with residents, nurses, physicians, department leaders and staff on environmental services requests and infection prevention; provides timely follow-up.
• Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed.
