Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Business Services operations and processes.
• Experience in contract management, facility leasing and facility management.
• Experience in computer usage including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience performing supervisory, managerial, or technical work.
• Experience in managing multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing as demonstrated in the application.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule.
• Conducts regular visits to local/field offices to perform facility reviews and resolve safety issues.
• Analyzes space use to determine efficiencies and coordinates space/leases.
• Develops service contracts for regional offices (janitorial, security, etc.).
• Coordinates with RAS warehouse and asset management for records and surplus furniture.
• Develops policies and procedures to improve RAS service delivery.
• Assigns and oversees work of other support staff.
