Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations.

You will set expectations for service, execution, performance, and business results while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals. You'll travel between offices to lead by example, balance strategic oversight with hands‑on presence, and drive readiness, staffing, compliance, and daily operations to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with ability to drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; set expectations and accountability.
• Own office readiness and operational execution including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue growth across offices.
