You will develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to align priorities with client and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit settings with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experiences.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable across locations.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to maintain consistent performance.
• Develop bench strength and address performance gaps across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
