Job summary

H&R Block in the United States seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational excellence, and business results while maintaining an in-office leadership presence.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing and compliance, and own readiness to deliver for clients, driving growth and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and ability to coach for consultative experiences.
• Proven ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for accountability and performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and outcomes to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
