Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, lead operational readiness, and drive revenue and results across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative service delivery.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations and travel.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices with discipline and consistency.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; use insights to improve the experience.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and act to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, and recruitment for seasonal demand.
