Job summary

H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational execution.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership across locations.

This role requires travel between offices, occasional evenings and weekends, staffing and compliance oversight, and delivering measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach teams to high performance.
• Experience improving client experience across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Balance strategic oversight with in-office leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff.
• Ensure staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily ops.
• Monitor metrics and drive revenue, growth, and client satisfaction.
