Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to guide a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive business performance across locations.

As a visible, hands-on leader, you’ll manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, while maintaining client-focused service and strong team execution in multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while overseeing daily ops across locations.
• Ability to manage change and adopt new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; use insights to improve performance.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, outcomes, and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Ensure office readiness, facilities, and supplies across locations.
