H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistently excellent client experience across locations.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, and drive business results across the portfolio. As a visible leader, you’ll monitor performance, guide staffing and facilities, and ensure readiness for seasonal demand while advancing client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience leading in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 offices with consistent, high‑quality client experience.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and act to improve results.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare for seasonal demand and ensure readiness of facilities and staff.
