H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and manage staffing, facilities, and compliance for all offices.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver strong business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and accountability abilities.
• Ability to drive business results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Experience leading through change and new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across locations and manage competing demands.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance in operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and travel frequently for in-person presence.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and drive improvements in results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance are executed.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, recruiting, onboarding for seasonal demand.
