You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams, and drive revenue and operational performance across locations. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and maintain a welcoming, professional office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
