Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking a Regional Executive Director to lead the management of Assisted Living communities across Illinois and Indiana. You will drive occupancy, oversee daily operations, and develop staff while maintaining compliance with regulations. A senior leadership role with travel and competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.

• Maintains tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Regional Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living communities by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, and for the supervision and development of all employees. You will ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as oversee day-to-day activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
