Role Description

The Regional Executive Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Forest MS. This position is responsible for overseeing regional operations, including staffing, compliance, financial performance, and quality of care across assigned locations. The Regional Executive Director will develop and implement strategic plans, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and mentoring local managers, coordinating with clinical teams, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners. The role also involves driving service growth, supporting business development initiatives, and promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
