Qualifications

• Minimum two to four years progressive Housekeeping/EVS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or CHESP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of JCAHO, federal, state and local safety and sanitation rules.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day EVS operations and support the General Manager.
• Coordinate core program systems, staff schedules, and cleaning protocols.
• Monitor costs, service levels, and performance improvement audits.
• Develop talent, conduct training, and perform annual performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and Trinity Health standards.
• Participate in committees and drive quality improvement programs.
