Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is seeking an experienced Healthcare Environmental Services (EVS) leader to oversee multiple acute-care hospital operations in a regional capacity. You will guide EVS Directors and frontline teams, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and partner with hospital executives to meet quality and safety goals.

This is a specialized EVS leadership role involving extensive travel across assigned territories, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient- and family-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or eight years of progressive EVS leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience overseeing multi-site hospital EVS operations with budget accountability.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire regional EVS teams across accounts to deliver service excellence.
• Manage P&L for assigned territory and drive financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies.
• Partner with hospital executives and clients to optimize operations.
• Develop talent and succession plans within the region.
