Marvin is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to lead local event marketing efforts in the Cleveland area. You will own the full event lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and building partnerships to executing events and measuring results—and work cross-functionally to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to lead event marketing efforts within an assigned market. This role owns the full event lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and building partnerships to executing events and measuring results. You’ll work independently and cross-functionally to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition through high-impact local events.

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of event, field, experiential, or partner marketing experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel and support evening/weekend events.
• Ability to move event materials up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
