Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of events, product demonstrations, and promotions when covering for the Event Manager.
• Support revenue and operational goals by ensuring event accuracy, product readiness, and member engagement.
• Provide day-to-day direction to demonstration staff, including task assignments and coaching.
• Build and maintain relationships with warehouse leadership for seamless execution.
• Monitor event performance, labor usage, and operational issues; escalate and adjust as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements and operating procedures.
• Demonstrate adaptability to shifting priorities across multiple warehouse locations.
• Partner with district leadership, sales, and operations for cross-functional communication.
