Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through its Club Demonstration Services (CDS), seeks an Event Manager to lead product demonstrations and in-store events. This role recruits and supervises demonstrators, trains staff, and ensures high standards of product prep and customer engagement while coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and store teams.

The position focuses on launching activities, maintaining safety and quality, and supporting grand openings across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings.
