Responsibilities

• Manages and administers the estimating functions in assigned region, area or group to include operating budgets, staffing assignments, and work assignments.
• Implements established estimating policies in assigned region, area or group to meet overall corporate objectives.
• Collaborates with project managers to provide administrative and technical assistance in negotiating purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Supervises the preparation of market cost studies, materials and methods, and suggests changes to the cost database.
• Reviews final estimates and proposal packages for accuracy and completeness.
