Job summary

Fluor Corp in Harrison, OH seeks an Equipment Field Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair a fleet of rental and customer-owned equipment. This role combines shop work with field service across a regional travel radius.

You will perform preventative maintenance, service aerial lifts, forklifts, air compressors, generators, and welding equipment, while documenting work orders and coordinating with customers.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Five years combined education and related repair experience.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Willingness to travel regionally up to a 200-mile radius.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on equipment in both shop and field environments.
Respond to service calls with onsite troubleshooting and repairs.
Complete work orders, parts requests, billing and warranty documentation.
Assist fellow technicians with advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment status and service needs.
