Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is recruiting a Regional Equipment Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for development, integration, installation, and ongoing support of complex industrial equipment and systems.

The role provides technical leadership across equipment engineering, electrical, software, and production engineering functions. The position reports to a Global Director and oversees new equipment development as well as sustaining engineering activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of mechanical/equipment, electrical, software, and production engineers.
• Oversee development of complex equipment and systems from concept through production release.
• Provide technical direction for equipment design, installation, integration, troubleshooting, and sustaining engineering.
• Manage engineering resources, project schedules, budgets, and workload across multiple programs.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations to resolve equipment design, build, installation, and production issues.
• Support transition of new equipment from engineering into manufacturing and field deployment.
• Lead problem-solving, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, FMEAs, and validations.
• Establish engineering standards and metrics for equipment development, quality, reliability, and readiness.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Drive improvements in design, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and system performance.
• Ensure activities meet safety, quality, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
