Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site Regional Manager for a well-established civil engineering firm in the Northeast.

You will lead regional land development operations, oversee design teams, and guide project delivery with a focus on growth and client satisfaction. This role offers remote/hybrid flexibility, opportunities to mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and expand the regional client base across New Jersey.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in civil site design and land development.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.
• Remote/hybrid work flexibility.
