Job summary

Rural Communities Assistance Corp. seeks a Regional Field Manager, Environmental Services, to supervise field staff, manage grants, and coordinate program delivery across the region.

The role focuses on building partnerships with state and federal agencies and funders, ensuring timely reporting and effective use of resources. The position requires strong management, budgeting, and compliance capabilities, with ongoing collaboration with senior leadership to meet program goals and deliver RCAC

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of applicable experience in project and contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance meeting RCAC requirements.
• Must pass a criminal background investigation prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide quality control for field activities within the region.
• Manage relationships with state and federal agencies serving the region.
• Develop and execute action plans and procedural documents to implement major grant programs in region.
• Prepare activity and outcome reports as required.
• Review and approve staff expense and hour allocations.
