Job summary

Our client in Broome, WA seeks an Environmental Regional Manager to lead regional delivery across the Kimberley, manage programs and budgets, and build strategic partnerships with government and industry. You will mentor a local team while delivering outcomes for Country and regional communities.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on project delivery, ensuring compliance and responsible financial management across multiple programs and contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, Agricultural Science or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of natural resource management or agriculture and regional delivery.
• Established regional networks and Broome/Kimberley familiarity.
• Ability to engage Traditional Owners, Aboriginal organisations, pastoralists and government.
• Experience managing programs, budgets, reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for Broome operations across the Kimberley.
• Manage a portfolio of programs, projects and budgets with milestones and reporting.
• Develop partnerships, proposals and funding submissions with government and industry.
• Build and mentor a Broome-based team as the workload grows.
• Represent the organisation at a senior regional level and build profile.
