Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in natural sciences, environmental management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive field experience in environmental management, compliance, and permitting in a multi-facility environment.
• Expertise in federal/state environmental regulations and permitting.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all environmental compliance tasks for multiple facilities, including permitting, sampling, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Manage permitting activities and coordinate with operations, third-party consultants, and regulators.
• Train operations on permit and regulatory requirements and corporate programs.
• Engage with regulators and internal teams to support compliance activities.
• Support acquisition integrations from an environmental compliance perspective.
• Provide technical input and leadership on environmental projects and policy updates.
