Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. seeks an Environment Manager to provide expert environmental compliance across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites, aligning permits, regulatory reporting, and case management with company standards.

You will partner with EHS, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Legal, and leadership to identify risks and drive improvements. You will oversee air permitting, waste management, wastewater/stormwater, spill prevention, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree with strong environmental regulatory knowledge.
• Experience implementing environmental compliance programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental technical support to manufacturing sites in the region.
• Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and company standards.
• Lead or support environmental audits, risk assessments, and corrective-action programs.
• Support air permitting, emissions inventories, permit applications and regulatory reporting.
• Oversight of hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, wastewater and stormwater compliance.
• Assist in spill prevention, chemical management, and environmental emergency response.
• Investigate environmental incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Review data for permit tracking, emissions calculations and regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy.
