Job summary

Togetherhood is seeking a Regional Enrichment Coordinator (part-time) to serve as the field presence across our assigned metropolitan area. You will visit schools, observe programs, coach instructors, and strengthen partnerships to ensure high-quality enrichment experiences for K–5 students.

Qualifications

• Experience leading groups of 12–15 students in educational or enrichment settings; elementary preferred.
• Willing to serve as emergency substitute instructor across enrichment subjects.
• Strong classroom management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation to travel within an assigned metropolitan region.

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute instructional coverage during after-school hours as needed.
• Observe instructors and coach for instructional quality; deliver written feedback.
• Visit partner schools, build relationships, gather feedback, support program quality.
• Complete observation reports and site visit summaries; document insights and concerns.
