Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Life Enrichment Regional to partner with VP leaders, community teams, and cross-functional colleagues to drive excellence in Life Enrichment execution across multiple communities.

You will lead and coach Life Enrichment leaders, manage regional budgets and payroll, and ensure consistent resident experiences, workforce development, and continuous improvement while traveling to support multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership experience in Life Enrichment, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or related operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and payroll management experience.
• Proven leadership in coaching, hiring, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Operations Specialists in performance management, scheduling, reporting, and accountability.
• Manage regional expenses, payroll, budgets, and annual planning with financial tools.
• Oversee Excellence Reviews, ensure quality benchmarks, and implement improvement plans.
• Coach, hire, onboard, and develop Life Enrichment leaders to strengthen district performance.
• Maintain communication with executives and district teams via monthly reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to advance business goals.
• Guide property transitions, vacancy plans, and vendor partnerships for continuity.
• Participate in CapEx planning and furniture/fixture/equipment support for new builds.
• Update SOPs and create learning materials for onboarding and rollouts.
• Coordinate Life Enrichment meetings and trainings to drive results.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook standards.
