Job summary

Lindahl Reed, Inc. is seeking a Regional Resource Efficiency Manager III to support Army energy programs at the McAlester Arsenal in OK, with some support to Pine Bluff, AR.

The REM III leads planning, audits, and efficiency initiatives across facilities, driving energy projects from conception to implementation. Ideal candidates bring 5 years of energy management, a Bachelor's degree, and US citizenship with clearance ability.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree + PE or 9+ years energy management experience
• Environmental Science/Business degree + 12+ years energy management
• Two-year technical degree + 15+ years energy management
• No degree + 18+ years energy management
• Experience with onsite energy generation, storage, microgrids, and financing
• Experience supporting energy project development and implementation
• Knowledge of DoW energy management requirements a plus
• Current CEM or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Citizenship and ability to pass background checks and obtain clearance

Responsibilities

• Support energy planning, including development of Installation Energy and Water Plans
• Conduct energy audits and develop energy conservation measures
• Develop energy efficiency improvements for facilities
• Analyze energy, water, and other utility data
• Provide energy training and awareness initiatives
• Conduct design reviews
• Support energy resilience projects, including onsite generation, storage, and microgrids
• Support ESPC, UESC, ERCIP projects and other energy-funded projects
