Job summary
Lindahl Reed LLC is seeking an experienced Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) to support the Army Materiel Command Headquarters and related commands at Anniston, AL. The role focuses on advancing energy management programs, ESPC, ERCIP, UESC, and other energy projects to meet federal requirements and optimize facility performance.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in energy efficiency, energy storage, microgrids, and data analysis, plus a PE or engineering degree and at least 5 years
Qualifications
- A four-year engineering degree and/or a registered Professional Engineer with 9+ years in energy management.
- Environmental Science, business or related degree with 12+ years in energy management.
- Two-year technical degree with 15+ years in energy management.
- No degree with 18+ years in energy management.
Responsibilities
- Support energy planning and Installation Energy and Water Plans.
- Conduct energy audits and develop energy conservation measures.
- Develop energy efficiency improvements for facilities.
- Analyze energy, water, and other utility data.
- Provide energy training and awareness initiatives.
- Support energy resilience projects including microgrids.
- Support ESPC, UESC, ERCIP projects and other energy funded projects.
