Lindahl Reed is seeking an energy professional for the Headquarters Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) III role to support AMC Headquarters, MSCs, and OIB facilities on-site at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. The REM will drive energy planning, audits, and conservation initiatives to meet energy laws, directives, and goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of energy management experience, including knowledge of energy projects, on-site generation, storage, and

Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support energy planning and the development of Installation Energy and Water Plans.
• Conduct energy audits and develop energy conservation measures.
• Develop energy efficiency improvements for facilities.
• Analyze energy, water, and other utility data.
• Provide energy training and support awareness initiatives.
• Conduct design reviews.
• Support energy resilience projects and integration of onsite energy generation, energy storage, and microgrids.
• Support energy project implementation through ESPC, UESC, ERCIP and other funded projects.
