Job summary
Lindahl Reed LLC is seeking a Headquarters Resource Efficiency Manager III (REM III) to lead energy management initiatives for Army Materiel Command HQ and related facilities in Huntsville, AL. The role requires energy management expertise, project leadership, and the ability to coordinate across programs and contractors.
The REM III will oversee energy planning, audits, and implementation of energy projects, including ESPC/UESC and energy resilience efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with energy management experience preferred.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating energy projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to obtain security clearance.
- Knowledge of energy management regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Support energy planning and development of Installations Energy and Water Plans.
- Conduct energy audits and develop energy conservation measures.
- Develop energy efficiency improvements for facilities.
- Analyze energy, water, and other utility data.
- Provide energy training and awareness initiatives.
- Support energy resilience projects and energy storage integration.
- Support ESPC/UESC/ERCIP project implementations.
