Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Region Business Manager for Endodontics in the United States. The role leads a cross-functional team to achieve sales objectives, develop talent, and drive integrated workflows across the region.

You will recruit and coach top talent, manage budgets, build distributor and direct customer relationships, and partner with the Sales Director to identify KOLs. Requires strong leadership, travel, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience, or a master’s degree plus 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams to success preferred.
• 3 or more years of prior sales management experience preferred.
• Experience in resolving conflict and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales team, mentor on business processes, and address performance issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and set annual goals.
• Analyze data to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Create revenue budgets and develop strategies and tactics.
• Establish performance metrics and communicate progress.
• Collaborate with the sales director to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Organize regional events and engage with customers and distribution teams.
• Develop partnerships with distributor and direct customers.
