Job summary

Neodent USA is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead the region’s growth strategy and drive revenue across Surgical and Restorative lines. You will manage Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers, coach teams to hit KPIs, and implement CRM and sales systems.

The role requires 10+ years in sales with 4+ years in leadership in medical devices or dental sectors, plus a Bachelor’s. Travel up to 80% and a strong track record in building high‑performing teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales experience with at least 4 years of prior sales management experience in medical device and/or dental industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, maintaining auto insurance coverage.
• MBA and Dental B2B industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to build high‑performing teams with measurable objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates the Area Business Strategy to drive surgical/restorative sales.
• Directs RSDs and TMs to achieve regional sales goals and KPIs.
• Trains and mentors regional teams in sales processes and product knowledge.
• Implements Neodent’s sales systems and performance metrics.
• Plans regional growth and travels with field teams up to 80%.
