Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in career services, recruiting, staffing, workforce development, employer relations, business development, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong relationship-building & networking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Adapt quickly to changing regional needs and priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and CRM/ATS/SIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with employers across skilled-trades & allied-health industries.
• Identify and develop new employer partnerships through outreach, events, referrals, and visits.
• Meet with employers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Communicate value of programs and connect employers with graduates.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of employers and opportunities in assigned region.
• Match graduates with opportunities and coordinate resumes, interviews, and feedback.
• Develop long-term employer relationships for repeat hiring and partnerships.
• Support career fairs, advisory committees, and employer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Career Services, Education, Admissions/Marketing, Compliance, and campus leadership.
• Contact graduates to aid job-search and reconnect with opportunities.
• Maintain records of employer activity and outcomes.
• Review activity to identify opportunities and prioritize outreach.
