The primary mode of transport will be airfreight, often requiring seamless integration with pre-carriage and on-forwarding solutions. In this role, the Specialist must ensure timely quotation, pick up, delivery and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, requiring a deep understanding of global logistics, airfreight operations, and the capability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The focused products will be “NFO -Next Flight Out”, “OBC – On Board Courier” and “SCH – Small Charter” Solutions. The position can be located in any EMEA country.* Providing a tailored transportation solution based on the customers’ requirements.* Ensure the seamless execution of time-critical airfreight shipments, from initial booking to final delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and client specifications.* Continuously track the status of all active shipments to provide real-time updates as well as Pro-Actively identify occurring upcoming issues during the transport chain and pro-actively execute corrective actions to ensure a safe and in-time delivery of the cargo.* Employee will act as the primary point of contact towards the customers.* Employee will have to prepare and be able to verify all necessary shipping documents, including airwaybills and documents provided by the customer.* Although working in a regional function, this position will require a close collaboration with the countries and branches in EU and overseas.# **LANGUAGE SKILLS:**Able to read, write, speak, analyze, and interpret moderate business correspondence in English.# **QUALIFICATIONS**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
