US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region Six, Response Division, seeks an experienced emergency management professional to lead logistics planning and preparedness efforts in all-hazards contexts.
The incumbent will coordinate life-sustaining federal commodities, manage regional staging areas, and direct staff under high-pressure conditions to ensure mission readiness and coordinated disaster response.
Qualifications
- One full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal government.
- Experience coordinating federal logistics partners, stakeholders, tribal and nongovernmental organizations to meet disaster survivor needs.
