LeoForce in Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent with a senior-level track record to lead multiple electrical construction projects. You will supervise field teams, manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and safety, while collaborating with operations leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent, 15+ years in electrical construction, and 5+ years in senior leadership.

• Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent) preferred.
• 15+ years in electrical construction.
• 5+ years in a senior field leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations across multiple electrical construction projects.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to field leadership teams.
• Plan staffing and resource allocation with operations leadership.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and milestones.
• Enforce and promote company safety policies and procedures.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and project performance.
• Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Participate in project planning and coordination meetings.
• Support pre-fabrication initiatives and strategic field planning.
• Be available and responsive to field needs as required.

Job Details

The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple medium to large electrical construction projects within an assigned region. This role manages field leadership teams—including Foremen, General Foremen, and Site Superintendents—and ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You Bring

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Autodesk, and Bluebeam
• Experience with Procore, Trello, or Primavera is a plus
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to manage as needed to support field operations
