Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Power Regional Practice Leader to drive growth across multiple practices in the region. This role combines engineering leadership with strategic vision, financial accountability, and staff development.

The position requires substantial experience in electrical distribution design, project management, and client engagement, with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery. A PE license and ABET accreditation are preferred, and pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) with 10+ years of experience.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in project management and organizational management.
• Professional license or certification in the field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the assigned region.
• Be highly engaged in client relationships to grow trust and develop business.
• Own and understand the P&L for the region and work to achieve desired results.
• Develop and execute staffing plans to meet business needs.
• Support other power sector regional practice leaders during expansion or contraction.
