Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 10 years related experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Willing to travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating functions in region or group, including budgets and staffing.
• Implement estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Assist project managers with procurement, subcontracts and change orders.
• Supervise market cost studies, materials and methods and updates to databases.
• Review project details and advise on strategies, resources and collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate with design leads for cost effectiveness and constructability.
• Maintain historical data for estimating man-hours and bid results by project.
• Review final estimate and proposal packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Contact subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
• Perform additional duties as required.
