Job summary

Selectek, a leading engineering firm, seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a regional team of engineers and designers across multiple life science projects. You will interface with clients to define scope, guide feasibility studies, and drive staffing and cost estimates for diverse programs.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, 15+ years in electrical design, and strong leadership, communication, and Revit proficiency, with experience on life science campuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
PE license preferred; 15+ years of electrical design experience in life science facilities.
Experience leading design teams and coordinating multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

Interface with clients to understand project scope and deliverables.
Lead feasibility and concept studies as part of a multi-discipline team.
Develop staffing plans and project estimates for prospective projects.
Lead department meetings to coordinate staffing and strategic priorities.
Report to the Electrical Engineering Department Director, Life Science North America, to align proposals and staffing.
