Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Technology, or related discipline; PE license preferred.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency depends on duties and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees (as approved with the TDM) to support project workload and overall firm growth.
• Delivering a legendary client experience with attention to quality.
• Managing the team’s financial performance including utilization, direct labor, and profitability.
• Coordinating workload within your Technical Services group and utilization goals for the individuals on your team.
• Ensuring your team members complete all required training (Compliance, Health & Safety, Ethics) on time.
• Ensuring your team members are compliant with QA/QC and Health & Safety procedures for project delivery.
