Job summary

DLR Group in Orlando seeks a Regional Electrical Discipline Leader to guide electrical design across Higher Education, Cultural, Healthcare, K-12, and other sectors. You will lead engineers and designers, deliver integrated building systems, and ensure construction documents meet schedule and quality targets.

You will mentor teams, manage staffing and project profitability, coordinate with architects and other disciplines, and drive BIM Revit MEP design workflows while advancing sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years' experience designing electrical building systems on complex projects.
• Experience with BIM, specifically Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering teams across the region and manage design delivery.
• Develop electrical designs from concept through construction with calculations and narratives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to deliver integrated building designs.
• Manage operations, staffing, and project profitability; document meetings with staff and clients.
