Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety & Transportation Compliance Specialist to support operations in the PA/NJ region, based in Somerset, NJ or Norristown, PA. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance across field and facility operations while promoting a proactive safety culture.

You will develop and implement EHS and transportation programs, lead incident investigations, and coordinate training and audits with regional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety or related field or 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Working knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations, OSHA standards, and transportation safety regulations.
Experience developing and conducting training.
Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing abilities.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operational teams to drive risk reduction efforts through heat mapping and targeted risk reduction plans.
Assess risks of new and existing work and respond to client emergency response events to protect employees and clients.
Develop, implement, and monitor EHS and transportation programs across a dispersed workforce.
Revise policies and plans in response to regulatory changes and lessons learned.
Lead inspections, assessments and HASP development to drive proactive safety initiatives.
Coordinate audits to evaluate compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
