Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Regional Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to promote and maintain the regional safety program, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. You will coordinate safety training, lead safety initiatives, and support safety data analysis for continual improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, safety certifications, and 3+ years of EH&S leadership experience at a medium-large site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental or Safety Sciences/Engineering, or related field preferred.
• One or more safety-related professional certification is desired (CSP, CIH, CHSM).
• Excellent time management skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate safety process efforts in commercial offices as directed by the Regional EHS Leader.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments and jobsite visits with technicians at customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations and maintain safety records.
