Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Manager of EHS to support our Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore, MD branches and nearby sites. You will partner with branch and field leadership to identify risks, strengthen compliance, and promote a culture of safety throughout the region.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently manage priorities and implement practical solutions before issues escalate. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate in Safety-related field required.
• 3–5+ years of field-based EHS experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction or HAS certification or greater.
• Experience supporting construction/industrial field operations.
• Ability to work independently and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate safety risks across Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore, MD branches and sites.
• Partner with branch leadership to strengthen compliance and promote safety culture regionally.
• Prioritize tasks, anticipate issues, and implement practical solutions before problems escalate.
• Travel ~40% regionally (day trips between branches and sites); occasional overnight travel.
