This role involves actively engaging employees in safety, organizing mandatory trainings, and being present on the floor to promote a strong safety culture. Ideal candidates will have a BS in Safety, relevant certifications, and a passion for safety culture. Qualifications

• Experience in leading HSE functions for large organizations.
• Ability to create and implement safety processes effectively.
• Strong planning and organizing skills for safety trainings and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire HSE function for approximately 800 employees.
• Organize all safety mandated trainings, checklists, and audits.
• Ensure all safety documentation is in place and organized.
• Investigate all near misses and incidents, providing corrective actions.
